Author/authors Terms of Service.
1. You agree that you are the sole owner and author of the article/articles and own all copyrights pertaining to it. We will accept articles you submit from other author/authors with which you have acquired consent and that they have their resources included, so that they receive their rightful ownership. This includes sources used from any information of data collected from any other sources, websites etc that you have reprinted or copied. The source must be shown and linkable in the "Authors About Box"
2. You agree and give permission for your article/articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. As long as publishers /webmasters etc abide by the terms set out in the Publishers/webmaster TOS, and that Article Crave website will not be liable any any way or form for the breach of your copyright. It will be solely your responsiblity to take any legal action for any abuse of your rights, at no cost or risk to this website Article Crave.
3. You agree and understand that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers/webmasters to pay you for their use of your article. While our article directory receives many unique visitors, there are no guarantees your article will be reprinted published by anyone.
4. We reserve the right to remove your article/articles and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
and also reserve the right in some cases, to move your article in a topic category/sub category that may be more suitable than originally submitted or to edit your article/articles that contain errors. But may just be rejected, and if this is continuously repeated will simply be deleted.
5. You agree to abide to the Submission guidelines
6. You agree that articlecrave.com reserves the right to, and may place adverts on any page anywhere on this webite.
7. Only one account per person allowed, not permitted to have multiple membership accounts with different names.
8. You agree to when registering, please use a first name followed by a nominated christian name. (example J. Smith or John Smith or user names like crimsonstar or ghostgoblin etc) No first names and number, or any other form of numbers or letters such as John 2001 or .com names or tab keys, these will not be accepted, (although this '&' symbol is OK). We will accept the title of Mr., Miss, Mrs, Dr. etc followed by your name.
9. You agree to use a valid email address when registering to become an author or member.
Note: ArtcleCrave.com reserves the right to change/modify/update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior warning. Please check back from time to time to make sure of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
