Submission Guidelines
Submission Guidelines.
These are general guidelines you should follow if you wish to have your article accepted.
1. Article/articles must be of interest to the general public/reader. The article should not just be a promotional advertisement for a product, press release, or excessive self-promotion. Leave this for your 'About Authors Box'.
2. No links in your article, (whether links are active or not). If we see links in the body of an article, it's an instant delete and termination of membership. Leave your links for the 'About Author's box' at the end of your article/articles
3. Use the correct category/sub category. If you submit in the wrong category, we may not place it in the correct category for you. We may just reject the article. So please take a little extra care and make sure it is in the most appropriate category/sub category. Note:If you find there is no category/sub category feel free to contact us and we will add the desired category/subcategory you require.
4. Your articles need to be of reasonable length. Ideally between 250 to 750 words. We will not accept articles that are only a few sentences long, just as we will not accept articles that are more than 1600 words
they will be declined.
5. Do not submit multiple articles on the same subject. If we see that you are repeatedly submitting articles with the same or similar content, we will just start instantly deleting your articles. Please no spamming.
6. Use proper grammar and spacing. We don't accept articles that appear to have too many errors, we know that we all make mistakes but just take a little care and try to keep them to a bare minimum, ideally no errors.
7. Article/articles and /or links to websites must not contain: pornography/adult material, gambling material, weapons/guns material or information, building of dangerous weapons/bombs etc, any suicide infromation, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity.
8. Bolding is limited to headings and subheadings.
9.Do not submit article/articles that contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
10. Please do not use all Capitals anywhere in your title/subtitle, body of your article/articles or Authors About Box. They will be deleted.
11. Be sure the title is relevant to your article/articles and are not in the form of a sentence, or they will be declined or if we deem necessary, deleted. Please pay close and continuous attention to this guideline.
12. When registering, please use a first name followed by a nominated christian name. (example J. Smith or John Smith, or user name crimsonstar, ghostgoblin etc) No first names and numbers, or any other form of numbers or letters such as John 2001 or .com names or tab keys, these will not be accepted, although this '&' symbol is OK. We will accept the title of Mr. Miss, Mrs. Dr. etc followed by your name.
13. You agree to use a valid/real email address. If we find an email address that is not valid and real your membership will be terminated.
14. You agree that having multiple accounts is not permitted in this directory. This will terminate your membership and any alias registrations. Please NO Spamming this directory.
15. Summaries should be no more than 250 characters long.
16. You agree that you must have at least one active article to retain membership.
17. All articles submitted to Article Crave directory must be in English only. No other language is permitted.
ARTICLE REVIEWS.
All articles will be reviewed within 3 - 5 days of submission and all efforts will be made to ensure this procedure is honoured. Depending on the volume of articles submitted they may be accepted before this time, but we give no guarantees. If your articles have not been accepted in this time frame then please feel free to contact us via the website and we will endeavour to solve this issue.
Note: If you do not accept these guidelines then please do not submit your articles.
